The online personal training sessions last 40 minutes for clients aged 50 years and above, and those who work from home and spend too much time sitting down in meetings throughout the day. This program is also perfect for seniors who are already in retirement. The required items include a resistance band (10 or 20lb resistance), an 8lb medicine ball, a pair of dumbbells (8 or 10lb), a fitness mat, and a stability ball (55cm). Hendrigo is readily available to guide clients through this equipment list and answer any questions.
In-person personal training services extend to 1-hour sessions, mirroring the protocol established in online sessions.
